By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

Personal color analysis, beauty recommendations, and related outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical, dermatological, cosmetic, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed USD 100.
